What a credit buys

What is Nuclicore and how does it work?
Nuclicore is an AI engineering workspace in your browser. You describe what you need, or import a prototype or repo; a team of AI agents plans it into tasks, builds, tests and releases it through Preview, Test and Production. No technical background required.
Which AI models are included?
You choose: automatic, one model for all agents, or a different model per agent role. Nuclicore offers the frontier models and the cost efficient models of all large providers, so nothing in your application is tied to one vendor. Bringing your own API key is possible, we confirm the details for your plan.
Is there a database included in Nuclicore?
Yes. Your subscription gets a managed, encrypted Postgres database per environment, one for Preview, one for Test, one for Production, with each application kept apart by its own table suffix and each deployment label in its own schema. Backups, encryption and scaling are handled by the platform. On Enterprise you can connect your own external database or get a dedicated cluster.
How does deployment and hosting work?
A release runs a security check, builds, deploys to Test, waits for your approval and goes to Production. History with redeploy is included. Own domain and multi-brand labels on Enterprise. Your own cloud or on-premise on request.
Can one app serve several brands?
On Enterprise, yes. Deployment labels run the same release on separate branded domains, each with its own secrets, logo set and database schema.
What is a credit?
Credits cover building with AI, running deployed apps, storage and integration calls (for example one credit per email or PDF). Balance is visible in chat and per subscription. Each integration has its own monthly budget with a hard or soft limit.
How do we stop an AI feature inside our own application running up a bill?
Every application has a monthly AI spend cap. When the cap is reached, AI calls stop until the next month. An application's own budget can be set lower than your plan's cap, never higher, and AI is switched off for a new application until you enable it. Every other integration has its own monthly budget with a soft or hard limit and email alerts.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your applications stay live. The agents pause before starting new work rather than leaving a task half built, and any release waiting on credits continues automatically once credits are added. You can top up or upgrade at any time, and overage is billed at the pay-as-you-go rate for your plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as Paypal. Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Our Free plan gives you access to basic features with no time limit. No credit card required. Just sign up and get started.
Can I downgrade later?
Absolutely. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and any Collaborator with owner rights can trigger the change.
Who owns the code that is created with Nuclicore?
You do. It is a standard git repository with React, Express and Postgres. Export it any time.
