A team of specialised AI agents covering product management, development, QA, DevOps, security and database administration turns a written brief into production software: customer portals, internal tools and agents, built with tasks, commits, environments, security gates and a full audit trail. Customers own the code and can choose which AI models are used; workspace content is not used to train models. The platform is hosted in the EU. Nuclicore began as a no-code platform for insurers whose core systems predate the web and has been in production at insurers since 2021; since 2025 the same standard of approvals, traceability and ownership is applied to real code. Nuclicore works primarily with insurers and financial services companies and is a member of BiPRO e.V. and InsurLab Germany.
